Most discussions around chargepoints focus on getting them in the ground. This has too often overlooked user experience, leading to charge points that are hard to find, use, and pay for.

Yet, our new research amongst 2,000 potential future EV drivers finds that poor user experience puts many people off switching to an EV.

This report explores what’s wrong with the user experience at the EV charger – for both private and commercial fleet drivers – and how we can fix it.
